When we decide to use natural plants to heal is important to purify the body and keep a wellness routine that will enhance the benefits of
plant medicine long term effects.
Just taking natural supplements is not enough - try to choose some of the integration activities suggested below.

1-) Start detoxing~
Start adding more fruits and vegetables in your diet and less animal products. We highly recommend to avoid alcohol  and not have at all, but at least a few days before the plant medicine is very important to seat with clarity and purify system. As well for other substances such as Cannabis, avoid smoking 2 days prior. Avoid fry and process food. Message us for a diet protocol according to your constitution.
 
2-) Connect with yourself
Creating an intention for why is the reason you are looking for this alternative Holistic Approach is essential. Maybe we need to let go of something, maybe we are looking for less stress, or maybe we need to create more positivism in our life. The reasons are unlimited. 3-)Daily Meditation:  
Every day when you wake up or go to sleep, in a comfortable seat ,close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, maybe place a hand on your heart and take a few moments connecting with your inner intention and your why of your wellness  journey. Maybe repeat it a few times internally or externally a positive affirmation or mantra.  Try: Soham ' :  So Hum is derived from Sanskrit and literally means "I am That" . it means identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality. As we meditate on this, we realize that we are all one, we have all come from one Infinite Source, and a part of that infinite source is present in all of us.
We are all connected.
You can also seat and meditate on Gratitude .
Only a few  minutes a day is what you need to feel a shift.

4-)Journaling:
This is another way of meditation and self-reflection. You can write on your diary what is the intention, or if you feel you need to do some forgiveness you can write the name of the person and write them a letter of compassion. This can very profound. Anytime you feel use your journaling to release and reflect.
 
5-) Spend time outdoors~
Allow yourself to decompress the stress, slow down and ground. Turn your cell off and go for a walk at the park. Seat under a tree and let nature balance your energy. Don’t be over thinking about this. Is not about being the all day camping, but just taking a moment to sunbath and feel the earth under your toes , in a daily basis will completely change your frequency. 
 
6-) Move your body!
Try Dance , Yoga, Chi Gong, Capoeira, Jit jitsu, Circuit Trainings, Swimming , Tai-Chi, Martial-Arts, Drumming, singing, Painting  Scuba-Diving, and anything that will keep you moving and connected. Emotion's can get storage on the body. Shake it off.
7-) Try other Natural healing holistic Therapies
such as: Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Thai Bodywork, Sound Bath Therapy, Acupressure, EFT, Reiki Healing, Sauna and Steam, Family Constellations, Internal family Systems, group Therapy, astrology , Personal Coaching and others.
 
 8-) Do something for others-
Giving without expecting something back,  for the act of serving with love will allow yourself to expand your heart center, and be more open for self-love, forgiveness and compassion. Try to do some service hours into a community shelter, be a voluntary for a beach clean-up, or find a cause you want to support too and be active on giving back .
9-)Learn to say NO
As you start a new wellness path  as preventive healthcare, is also important to keep Energetic  Hygiene of the relationships that may not be having a positive impact in your life at this moment  and create  boundaries to  place your peace of mind as a priority .
10-) Dont be too Hard on yourself-
This is " the Journey back to Harmony" as it says is a process, it doesnt happen overnight- Dont be disappointed if you have down moments and you lost a bit on discipline into your wellness activities'- Dont Criticize yourself. Dont Judge, Observe and get back on track. The healing path is not linear- It has all kinds of ups and dows, curves and off road. The most important is staying aware and continue doing " the work" of self- development and healing.
